Follow the instructions below to connect Quuly to Zoom. The only information we store is info that is necessary to start meetings on your behalf.
TA Zoom Usage
Requirements
- First, select a Virtual room to host remote office hours with Zoom.
- Next, go on duty using the toggle next to the dropdown.
- You should see student request(s) in the inbox list on the left middle of the screen.
- Click a student ticket to preview the session request.
First time using Quuly with Zoom
If this is your first time using Quuly with Zoom please click the "Add to Zoom" button next to the "Dequeue" button.
Next, connect the app to Zoom in the pop up window. Connect Zoom to Quuly through their interface and return to Quuly when complete.
Congratulations! You're now set with Quuly+Zoom! Please refresh Quuly and click “Dequeue” to help let the student know you are ready to see them.
Starting a Zoom help session
To open the Zoom session, click “Open Zoom Meeting” after the student has been dequeued. A new Zoom window will appear. Please wait for the student to start and join the meeting.
When your help session is complete, you may close the Zoom meeting and close the student's session in Quuly.
Uninstalling the Zoom App
- Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Quuly app.
- Click the Quuly app.
- Click Uninstall.
