I can't find my course enrollment
You may need to work with your instructor to correct your enrollment status. Depending on how your instructor configured course enrollments you will need to follow different steps to update your enrollment:
- Ask your instructor to check whether you are enrolled in the course already, and if so what email you were enrolled with.
- If you are indeed enrolled and the email specified by your instructor does not match the email you signed up for Quuly with, you will need to update your email.
- If you are not enrolled in that course yet, please ask your instructor for the course invite code or to add your account to the course directly.
I need to update my enrollment status
If you are already enrolled but need to update your enrollment status, please contact your instructor directly to have them update your enrollment status.
I am a teaching assistant enrolled as a student
If you are a teaching assistant enrolled as a student or otherwise need to update your enrollment status, please contact your instructor directly to update the enrollment.
